    THE USUALS

    1. Check in is at 2:00 PM / Check out is at 12:00 NN. Please let us know in advance of any schedule changes or requests.

    2. At check in, we require valid identification to be presented by everyone in the booking party. This should match the guest information sheet submitted to us beforehand.

    3. Complimentary breakfast will be available downstairs at Mad Monkeys from 10:30AM to 1:00 PM. You may claim your complimentary cocktail upstairs at Hyde’s Bar & Kitchen.

    4. The entire boutique hotel is strictly a NON-SMOKING zone.

    5. Each room comes with fresh bedding and towels. You may request to have your bed/bunk made, as well as replace your towels free of charge.

    6. Food and beverages (in exception for water) are not allowed inside the Quarters and Hyde’s Room. We also do not allow outside alcohol to be brought and/or consumed inside Funky Quarters unless purchased from Hyde’s Bar & Kitchen

    7. A hot and cold drinking water dispenser is available for use at the reception area. Please bring your own reusable tumblers to help us minimize the waste in La Union.

    8. We’ve thoughtfully decorated the place with decor, equipment and other special amenities for your use and comfort. Please do not damage, remove, or rearrange any of these to preserve the experience we worked very hard to create for you and all our guests.

    9. We are a dog-friendly hotel. We allow small to medium dogs provided they have updated vaccine records and are potty-trained. Strict compliance is required for all guests’ safety and convenience.

    10. Rest assured 24-hour Front Desk  assistance will be available.

    SAFETY & SECURITY

    1. Be reminded that the Common Areas (Reception, The Lounge, The Glassroom, and Hyde’s Bar & Kitchen) are under 24-hour CCTV surveillance for your own protection.

    2. To ensure personal privacy and safety of belongings, guests are given the liberty to choose their unique room key code which should not be shared with anyone else apart from those in the booking party. Please secure your valuables and always ensure the room is locked before leaving.

    3. Funky Quarters is a DRUG & WEAPON FREE establishment. We condone all types of illegal substances and weapons and reserve the right to refuse service to guest/s who are found carrying and/or under the influence.

    4. We do not permit entry to unregistered guests (past the Reception). Management reserves the right to refuse entry to non-guests at any time if deemed a nuisance or security threat to those checked in.

    5. The use of fire escapes and fire extinguishers are only allowed in case of emergencies. A fine will be charged to anyone who will tamper with these or cause false alarm.

    6. Inappropriate behaviour towards ALL guests and staff will not be tolerated.

    terms and conditions

    1. Guests must settle the full payment in order to secure a valid booking.

    2. Late check out can be requested but will still be subject to availability. We charge 50% of the agreed nightly rate for additional use of the room until 6:00 PM, and 100% from 6:00 PM onwards.

    3. We do not issue any type of refunds for no-show bookings.

    4. All bookings are final and non-refundable. Guests may opt to cancel a week before the scheduled reservation and store as credit their paid reservation. This will be valid up to 3 months after the original check in date and subject to price difference and approval.
